Like everyone else said, it is because women's lower body is stronger than their upper body, especially their legs. Plus watching them apply the leg scissors is just fantastic to watch especially when they are wearing something low cut and revealing alot of cleavage :).

Because it's sexy and Vince MacMahon is a complete hornball. Plus the male audiance (including me) loves to see one womans head in between another womans legs.(plus I think some of them are gay or something)
