The programm spoolsv.exe occupies CPU,my computer runs slowly.Shut the prog. goes normally.How Why?Pls answer?

The 'spoolsv.exe' command is used by your printer. It's suppose to 'spool' the information together for quicker printing but, as in your case, often gets hung up and causes slow-down. You did good turning it off. You can click START, RUN and type msconfig Click STARTUP and take it off start-up so it will quit annoying so much. good luck :-)
