No. I would not. I thought the Amalgam run was interesting at the time, but any attempt to re-visit it would be lame. Unless Warren Ellis or Brian Michael Bendis or Kurt Busiek were doing it.

Not really.... In theory it is a cool concept and interesting. In practice however it produces sub-par characters, and poor quality stories.
I read some (admittedly not all) of the Amalgam Comics... they had mishmashed characters like Bruce Wayne: Agent of SHIELD (an angry Nick Fury/ Playboy fusion), Whatever that Batman-Wolverine was (what I'd call Baterine), Super Patriot (Superman-Captain America), and others.... They completely missed the mark and idea behind merging the characters and universes. I don't think they'd get it right even now....

No,
The Adding DC to marvel would be like adding a turd to a fine steak.
DC only has a small number of characters that are any good (almost all of them come from the bat books).
Just have DC sell the rights to Batman and related characters (catwoman, robin, gordon, joker, etc.) and we can end this farce that DC calls comics already.

My all time popular marvel character is Wolverine. initially it grew to become into via fact he grew to become into this variety of badass. lower back whilst i began out reading comics he grew to become into between the few men to honestly kill and nevertheless be called a hero. PLus there grew to become into all that mystique approximately his previous. He grew to become into interesting. right here grew to become into this guy who grew to become into stable at what he did, enjoyed what he did, yet did no longer like that he enjoyed it. it extremely is the certainty that it could be much less complicated for him to kill every physique in his way, then take the better direction and be the hero. popular villian is Lex Luthor. An glaring selection possibly yet nevertheless my popular for one elementary certainty: he has desperate to oppose one among (if no longer the main) efficient beings in all of DC certainty. Who else has the stones to %. on Superman?

NO!!!!!!!! It was good for its time, but that time is over. Besides, if Marvel had its way, every character would be part of the X-Men or the Avengers. Do you want to see the XJLAvengers? Good idea though, lol.

i would like one giant size issue that leads to a major battle of these malgamized characters. they need to play it off a joint civil war/identity crisis story line. would be pretty interesting. i would also like to see more 2099 stories.
excelsior!
