Maybe. I mean it was a good win against a good team. If the Steelers had not been struggling all season then yes I'd say for sure. They win one more and go 5-2 I'll count them amongst the elite.

it's called "he had a good game" one game doesn't prove nothing, they still won't be very good, after all you said it "first time in his career" P. Manning just did it for the 17th time in his career today.
