How do you start a hedge fund what credentials and certifications are needed to aquire starting from AS degree

What type of four year major is required, what type of masters degree is desired, do I need to be certified finacial analyst first, what type of experience is desired in certain fields and jobs. I onlly have a two year in business...so what is the right track to get on to follow this path to reach my goal. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
