Yay, an extra hour of sleep! Last 2 years I've been on night shifts when the clocks went back and had to work an extra hour. So depressing to work until 2am and then realise, oh dam, it's 1am again now.. Will be a welcome change!

yep..it all started many years ago when people use to put the clock 20 mins forward every sunday from march untill october, so as the months and weeks went on it would slowly gather time.. and darker when it got to october they did the reverse and slowly the days would get longer and brighter
