does anyone else find this to be true?

I found this to be true ...but my friend said that they could still smell it when I couldn't. You become desensitized to your own smell...that is why some people don't know they have b.o.

You should buy a perfume that comes from a name brand perfume maker. All the stars are getting into perfume because they can make a big profit.
1. make sure you test the perfume before you purchase
2. stores have testers available or ask to try the perfume, then see how long it last on your wrist.
3. Some perfumes will not smell the same on me as my girl friend so I never put the sample on the paper they offer.
4. I can get a red mark from the perfume so be careful you do not have an allergy to something in the perfume.
5 always buy the perfume it lasts longer than the cheaper colon verisons.
6. I buy the hand or body lotion them put perfume on top. this will last longer.

Find one you like and make it your signature perfume. I am now using Prada but the one with the burgundy asperator. refills are half price. I don't like the lotion.

You're paying for the name, not the fragrance. All of the fragrances supported and endorsed by celebrities are usually weak and short-lived, forcing you to use more to achieve the desired effect. Using more means you'll be buying more, and at the cost these perfumes are commanding, that's an awful lot of money. This cost is "justified" by the use of the celebrity (in this case Jennifer Lopez) whose big name is used to sell the perfume to the greater populous. In short, you're getting ripped off.

It might have to do with your personal pheromones (forgive my spelling). Some people have different body chemistry with different scents. Go to a store and use a tester and see if you get the same result...if not...contact the seller and complain. ;)
