the ones that are pro illegal will not get my vote. I don't care if they are new comers or incumbents.

When people say vote out the "incumbents" it really means the governing party, rather than everyone holding office. In 1994, "incumbents" meant the Democratic Party - no GOP incumbent lost their seat in Congress. Now it means the GOP.

This is a travesty of Democracy:
* Of 435 U.S. House of Representatives races last year, 10 -- scarcely 2% -- were really competitive, decided by less than 5 percentage points.
* In Tennessee, not only did every incumbent win, but the average victory margin was 48 percentage points.
* In California, none of the 173 U.S. House or state legislative seats changed hands.
* In Florida, incumbents have won all but one of the past 140 House elections.
* In Arizona, no one can remember when a sitting Congressman was last unseated.

i know this is hard to imagine, but in my state there is
one wannabe who is even worse about cheating, and
outright lying that the one already in. there may be more
so each race must be decided after a careful study of
the candidates. their past performances should be
studied too. one who was dishonest or just plain
incompetent on the local level will be just as bad at
the state or national level.

Utterly stupid. Vote pro or con based on their records, on their actions, etc. Don't just boot people for the hell of it.
