its about 40" long and weighs over 100lbs. think its a leg bone but don't really know much about this stuff...any feedback of who i can get in touch with would be much appreciated!!!

send a high quality photo or digital image to a museum or local university which has a paleontology department.

If there are none nearby, contact some of those that you can find using a google search or go to the following website to find a long list of Dinosaur and Paleontology links:

Explain in your email where you found the bone, as well as a fairly detailed description of the type of material that was around it (if it was still buried) or the material where it was lying if found on the surface.

Any museum of natural history. But first make sure they do not have the right to take it from you.

How can you be sure it is a dinosuar bone?
