No way! I received a newsletter from Miley Cyrus' mom.it was a letter written by her mom in her own handwriting & I also saw her photo along with Miley(I think it was Miley's mom) cause she & Miley looked so alike.

No. Her mom just stays out of the spotlight. Her mom, along with her family, travels with her when she is on tour. We just saw her in Illinois and her sister Brandi said that the whole family was there, minus her dad who is on tour himself. Unless that is her stepmom, but Brandi called her mom.

Miley suggested that she replaced into drained of peole declaring that her mom dies b/c of the tutor. she also suggested she has also heard that her moms and dads were given dicorced and thats sooooo no longer authentic!!! her mom is alive and healthful! shes in perfect difficulty!!!! so there for SHES no longer lifeless!!!!

I'm not sure anymore. but her mother died when she was just a little girl. Now she has a stepmom. her family's weird. Most of her relatives are by law, not blood. It's complicated.
