You can't - and you shouldn't.
If you have a problem with your back, go and have it assessed - it's better to catch it early.
The 'weights' used in hospital are not weights- they use traction - a harness attached to heavy weights, but only in specific cases for specific reasons- and they're used a lot less nowadays.
Do not try replicating this at home - you could do yourself serious damage.
Go to a reputable doctor, who can assess you and refer you on to whoever would be relevant for you.
Perhaps you just need to do some back strengthening exercises and pay heed to your posture.

Before you try buying the weights, try making a conscious effort to walk straight up with your shoulders even. Just like adding ankle weights, adding weight may not help. If you are a jogger, how much of a differnce does adding 5lb when you already weigh 120 or 180? If you are concerned about your spine while you sleep, try an orthopedic pillow. This pillow allows your cervical spine (neck) to stay in a natural position.

While regular exercise is a good solution to bad posture problems, wearing a posture support is a great alternative solution for those who can’t find the time to hit the gym. A suitable posture brace promotes good posture by constraining your back and shoulders into the recommended upright position. Using an elastic material strapped around the back, the brace provides the resistance needed to hold the shoulders and neck areas back, thus helping maintain a straight back for the rest of the day.

If your talking about posture, you need to do stretching and strengthening training. The muscles between your chest and shoulder get tighter when your posture isn't good and stretches out your back area. If you lift weights to increase your muscles in your back and stomach your posture should get better over time.
If your talking about Scoliosis, go to the doctor or find a sports medicine or medical supply shop in the yellow pages (if what you're talking about even exists).

There is a structural reason for this problem to become visible. If you find the initiating problem, plus getting regular treatment for correction, you should be headed in the direction of reversing the problem.. But, that initiating factor is the one most often missed.
If your condition is not of a congenital nature, there is hope for you to get help.
