It all depends on what type of fall festival you are talking about. We recently had a fall festival where i live and they have numerous people come together to see and sell crafts, art, food, and many other things. The were also small carnival rides and activities and also a singing contest for you children. You can look up Fairfax Fall Festival on google to read more about it.
