OK...so my internet explorer is weird....the thing is that it has a small font...i didn't change anything nor did i change any options...the first thing is that i go to a webpage(any) and it has its regular font...but i got to another webpage and i can barely read it...

You probably asked for a smaller font. if you use IE, go to the View drop down, open Text Size menu entry and select a larger font size.

hold "ctrl" and use the scroll button in between the left and right mouse buttons and roll it either up or down to change the size of the font.

another handy short-cut:
press control and "+" or "-" to increase or decrease the font size
also u may use ur mouse wheel insteed of +,-
