i figure its due to the fact that they have little or no self-worth, so they have to make themselves feel better by making others feel badly.
also i believe that some people are raised that way.believing that status and income are the only thing that makes a person worth anything.

I guess it the way we are bring children up for one. When I was young I was taught to respect people and treat people as the way you would want to be treated. Today they seam to be exposed to drug and violent at a early stage in there life's, making them grown up to fast. Then I have meet some really rude older people too.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. When I see people acting like that I think that their parents didn't do a very good job.

Probably, low self-esteem. I know it's really a shame. I get embarrassed when I witness behavior like this. They don't have to be rude - it's a choice - it's always a choice. Believe me, it will come around again to visit them - it's called "Karma".

some people are just born *** holes,, and some work at it their whole lives,,,
that is just how some people are,, they always think that they are better than any one else,,,
some day the tables will be turned and i hope they get the same thing happens to them

Defense mechanism. They know they're nobody, and it makes them feel big to pick on someone who works for a living. They're usually less financially stable and much less interesting than the people they're messing with, too.
