well 7 days three or four pads a day do the math!

well, a period can last 3 to 7 days. i normally use 3 or 4 pad a day-but also i normally have a light flow but you change a pad every four to six hours.

OH OK!! i use about 5-6 pads a day (but that's a little much compared to normal usage. . . i've heard) people i know use about 3-4 but u use however much u need to depending on how heavy your flow is at the time and how clean and fresh you wanna be as long as it's in your price range (pads cost alot lol)
