Im doing an essay for Social Studies on Pocahontas and our teacher said it should be double spaced ...what does that mean??

when you open your word pad or note pad, click your curser in the area that you are going to start typing and then hold down the ctrl button and the #2 button. your page will automatically double space. good luck. you can also do this after you type your letter by going to edit and click select all and hold down the same keys as above. good luck.

If you have microsoft. you need to go to format, at the top, then from format click on paragrapgh. then down were it says spacing, u need to change it to double spacing!!!

When you work in word set your paper to double spacing in the format feature. If you were writing it on paper, you would be writing on one line, then leave the next line blank then write on another then leave the next blank and so forth. In other words writing on every other line.

You need to set your computer to double spacing.

This is what double spacing is. When the lines have a blank
