Put it in with some wet towels and a fabric softner sheet , it works great. I had kids with alot of them so they needed fluffed often.

First make sure it has no tears or openings for stuffing to come out. Then lightly spritz it with water from a spray bottle, add a dryer sheet, toss into the dryer and voila!
You may also add a wet towel to the dryer instead of spritzing with water.I like the spritzing idea better because the fuzz from the towel may transfer to the stuffed animal.

For only fluffing, put in a pillowcase, tie shut and put in dryer with a dryer sheet. They can be washed as well, the same way, put in pillowcases.

Use a Shark hand held steamer. It not only fluffs them up beautifully, but disinfects them also.

Just wash it, rinse it with softener, and put it in the dryer. I always washed my daughters Teddy's to keep them clean. It works.
