One goes to the Grand Lodge wed site for their state (I'm assuming your in the US). And you clink on a link How do I join they will give you the process and provide your information to your local Lodge to contact you.

Applicants must be men of good character who believe in a Supreme Being. To become a Mason one must petition a particular Lodge. The Master of the Lodge appoints a committee to visit the applicant prior to the Lodge balloting upon his petition.

There's an old motto: "To be one, ask one." Talk to any Freemason you know, and they'll be glad to give you further information. Also, you must be male (females only enter the "adoptive" orders like Order of the Eastern Star, unless you're into Co-Masonry, which is not generally recognized by standard Masons), and you'll have to meet an age requirement.
