I'm not sure there's an "acceptable" typing speed per-se, but a lot of job ads I've seen require a minimum speed of 40wpm, so I guess that's a good standard.

Depends on what you'll be doing. If it is a customer service position, it's about 40-50 wpm.

The keyboard class I took we had to do 25 wpm with no mistakes in order to pass so in my opinion 25 wpm is acceptable.

45 wpm is acceptable, but it depends on what kind of job you're looking for. Keep practicing.

at my school I'm required to type 20 wpm
