I frown more, but when I think about it, I try to smile. It feels strange, so I start frowning again.

I smile more when I'm out in public view, but do have the occasional frowns at home in private. Don't want people to see me and think that I'm a sourpuss, because I'm not.
Besides it takes less muscles to smile than to frown, therefore less wrinkles.
