Who do you contact to look into putting a cell phone tower on your property?

Contact your local Telecommunication Board. Either check the yellow pages or ask the operator to put you through.

You could try to contact American Tower, they are about the only independent tower company left around. They have bought most of the other tower companies. As for the individual carriers you probably won't be able to find let alone contact any of the site acquisition managers to try to get a tower on your property.
