With both my kids I lost all the weight within two months. The key is not to gain 50 pounds during pregnancy like some people do. I gained a perfect 23 both times and it was all baby weight. Anything more than that is just fat and you'll never get rid of it. By two months you uterus and insides are back to normal and so should your weight. Exercise and eat healthy, but I guess for some people that's just too much.

In about a month I was below my pre-pregnancy weight. Breastfeeding will melt the pounds away if you don't overeat.

I was so sick through my pregnancy, that I left the hospital 15 pounds lighter then when I bacame pregnant.
I really only lost about 3 or 4 pounds while nursing.

Six to eight weeks. However, during my last pregnancy, I had gestational diabetes, and gained 50 pounds. That took about 3 years to lose.

um, 3 months....(not me, my pregnant friend)
it depends on wat u eat and how much time u have too exercise which cant be alot because u just had a baby! dont look up 2 celebrity moms, that have 20 million nurses working for them day and night while they vomit up their food.
