the battery is charging but the car will not go or make any noise do i need to lt ie dry overnight or is it broken

Make sure the car is fully charged and let it dry out really good. He probably got a connection wet and it shoud start working again once everything dries really well. If you don't wanna wait to see if that works you could also go over the battery area and the electric connections really good with a hair dryer. Good Luck I hope the General Lee is flying high again soon.

Really? That sucks. Too bad he doesn't have the real general lee car like my dad. You know, the big one that honks the horn and you can actually drive it.
