Ok, this may sound smutty, but it's actually a serious question...
I read a question earlier about tightness vs looseness...
I do all the pelvic floor exercises and all but i have had a child and want to make the most of myself in every department... Are there any "toys" anyone can suggest for tightening the pelvic muscles...
I'm determined that when I do find the right person, I'm gonna make s3x the most amazing experience of their lives!!!

I'm not being smutty, but aside from the above reasoning, I work with the elderly and it's scary....
Not taking any chances in getting incontinent as I grow old, even though I got 40 years ahead of me yet........

their are cones which you can buy from your local pharmacy, also i think they sell them on ebay, which you insert,i dont exactly know what they do,but they supposed to be really good.also if it is a big problem(no pun intended, oops),then your doctor can refer you to the hospital for a small operation, but i dont know if you will be eligible,as you only have 1 child.hope this helps.but i'm sure you'll still have great sex,as i have 4 children, and my partner and i dont have any complaints.good luck, and enjoy.hee hee. just read your edited bit so thought i'd edit mine,i also worked in a residential home for the elderly for 2 years, and its pretty scary to see most of them incontinent.it's alright for men, they dont have to cross their legs to sneeze, laugh etc.

Hello!! How do you know if you are tight or lose in the first place?
Second of all Great sex starts in the brain and works its way around. Quit worrying about how your coochie will feel, and focus more on the joy of your life. Plus God made us females in a very special way in that our bodies bounce back after giving birth. Give it some time. Not to mention the thousands of other ways to have amazing sex with your partner. Good luck

There's no toy that will do that - pelvic exercises are the only way (apart from surgery).

I don't know about any toys that will tighten you up - all I've known about are the kegel exercises.

There are cones you can get that you insert to help with your exercises.
