Walking, because you are moving slower and allowing the rain to fall on you. If you run, then you have a better chance of getting where you are going faster, meaning less rain.

You'd probably get more wet running because as you run you create wind (which blows the water saturated air on you) and then the speed on top of that increases the amount of precipitation you'll encounter.

I would think running, cause you'd start to sweat. You're getting wet from the rain AND youself!

I think you would get more wet my walking. becasue they rain would have more time to soak into your clothes. but if you are running it would just tap you. But it also depends how hard it is raining.
