Try this. Go to Illinois Department of Employment Security at www.ides.state.il.us or Illinois Skills Match at www.illinoisskillsmatch.com. There you will be able to search for jobs. Also, you can register with a login name and password, and then create a resume' and you can search for jobs by type and within so many miles of a zipcode. You can also register with America's Job Bank at www.ajb.dni.us. Anyway, after you have created your resume' you will be seen by all the emplyers in the state and nationally and you will get job offers and they will email you whenever you get a job offer and you can logon and check it out. If you're interested there will be contact info so you can then arrange an interview. Oh, by the way, they won't be talking to you about your age, because that is against federal law. Most employers are looking for people who can do the job. If they believe you can do the job they will offer it to you. Be sure and tell them you want a job. Do NOT tell them you want to fill out an application. People who want jobs get jobs; people who want to fill out applications get passed over! Hope this helps!

Sure there is. If you have the necessary skills, go for it. Counselor, consulting, trainer, advisor, etc.
Being 60 has nothing to do with it.

Best wishes
