I purchased Neverwinter Nights Diamond today, but inside the box there was no manual, so I don't have the CD keys required to install the game. What should I do? The store won't take it back. Can I e-mail somewhere and some get the CD key, or am I just stuck with the game I can't do anything with?

** if there is somewhere I can e-mail, please give me the exact e-mail address **

It didn't come in a case!! It came in one of the white envelope things, where there is absolutely no CD key printed on it.

Tell the store that the item was incomplete and demand an exchange. You can't get a refund so don't bother trying. If the store won't budge then you should challenge the charge on your credit card. The CD Key for NWN is normally on the inside cover of the manual.

I'm not much of a computer whiz, but I've purchased some games that require you to print out the instructions. I'm not sure what CD keys are, but once you insert the CD in there should be instructions on how to complete the installation.

check on the disk's case, it should have it, my sims game was like that, the code was on the case. if there still is no code, then call the number of the manufactereur of the game, which might be found on the inside cover of the game's case. just pull out the cover of the disk's case and u might find it to be a book thing
