I lead a very busy work life but have plenty of spare time as my children are grown. I try not to let my business infringe too much on my spare time but find my brain is constantly buzzing with work related issues, etc. How do I keep a clear head?

Use the Law of Reverse Effort and Action: do let your business infringe on your spare time and your spare time infringe on your business.

This is a not so evident, but will resolve of your inability to relax. It is a bohemian technique to employ. Now, such difference always stimulates the inner bodies to go to work, and this does impart a balancing of positive and negative flows, the disruption of which balanced energy can cause illness.

In short, you need something to jar you from habit, something that will displace the familiar doings that you have come to know: you will want exposure to experiences that you don't know, something that briefly shocks you on all planes -- emotional, mental, causal, and physical, and yet leaves you with a measure of, once again, balance... You are imbalanced, is all, see?

An additional technique is a practical one, an easy one actually, a birthright given to us all as human beings -- that is, go for walks in which you cannot depend on horsepower or communication techologies but instead must rely solely on your own power and innate skill, and for which some action depends on you getting it completed on time and in the right placing without the luxury of society's modern little toys and aids to lean upon: this might be one in which you have to perform a service, or meet someone for an important event, a critical event, the likes of which is so intensive in the planning, say, for a loved one, or some skill you love doing, that you displace the way you normally can assume it will be done to complete it.

Walking will do this. 'And in simple terms.

You will find that something mysterious begins to occur: all the bodies within begin to align.

Second, if you have certain medical conditions, you will find these gradually improve mysteriously or insights do begin to slip into your consciousness or both, as to further facilitate relaxation. Mysterious, all of it.

For example again,. let's take writer's block -- there is in reality no such thing as this but rather, writer's block is simply an indication that you are lacking certain experiences for a given moment relative to what you are trying to put down on paper, in which suppostitions and theories do not match or evidence that very needed three-dimensional action on which good writing depends, see?

Herewith, as result, your energies have no alternative but to invert because you are lacking outflow, or giving, or receiving where you need to be; thus, energy in any way it can will seek portals through which it can smoothly express itself, without which means, alas, a congestion sets in, in the form of inability to relax or concentrate or even an illness, or -- you name it...
