Big hair and really big shoulder pads and black leggings. Or, you could go the Madonna route and wear lingerie and a big cross. I miss the 80's!

Whenever I watch "80's music" videos I laugh at their hideous fashion. Here's what you should do, go to a thrift store and find some ugly clothes. Get really light bootcut jeans, and wear some ugly no-named brand, usually just like plain white shoes. Then find some ugly polka-doted sweater or tshirt. Also for your hair you should put it up in a pony tail on like the right side of your head. And use a really ugly scrunchi, good luck!

Leggings with a skirt over them and a sweatshirt that goes off one shoulder with a tank under it. You should make your hair really poofy too. Kind of get a Madonna look going. =)

sorry before hand and please do not take it as an insult....since this is Halloween party mood -- i do not think you should wear "anything" at all..you will be then the laugh of the party and the guts...too...hope on your planet it is not yet winter and still warm....so...you got my advice for whatever it is worth....ps. well sadly, a lot of the stuff that was 'in' then is in now! Off the shoulder shirts (off one shoulder)...legwarmers...that kind of thing.
If you live near an H&M they have a lot of that stuff on hand right now.
