for a tatoo the lower back ,ankle , upper chest somthing small for any of thoses places expecailly the chest and for piercings bellybotton or that little pice in your ear or your upper cartolage i have four pircing onthe bottom of both ears and both top cartolage pierced

In my opinion, the left ear stud might be greater than the eyebrow piercing. I believe your tattoo proposal is cool. Also, I do not brain whilst men have piercings or tattoos, however neither of them fairly flip me on.

Me, I say belly button for a pierceing and a small tatoo pretty much anyway is good.
