No Mans Land is the area between the service line and the baseline. That would be the biggest part. For doubles or singles.

The area between the service line and the baseline . The area up at net is dissected by the " center service line". I think that is what you are looking for.

NO MANS LAND middle of the court it sucks when ur are stuck there they shoot balls left and right and u cant seem to get to them....
