I live in Fresno and when it gets around the mid seventies I wear a sweater in the morning and at night, but find that it gets a little too warm for me in the afternoon.

This is the funniest question I've read for ages. Do you need someone's permission to wear a sweatshirt when you feel cool? If you're used to temperatures in the 90s, then 70s is coolish for you, and of course you can wear a sweatshirt. You can wear a sweatshirt whenever you want, and whenever you feel comfortable in one. There are no laws prohibiting people from wearing sweatshirts on a sunny day.
Go ahead. Live it up. Wear a sweatshirt whenever you darn well please. And if somebody complains, tell them I said you could!

I live in South Florida, 76 degrees is cold to me and people wear sweaters and jackets here when it gets down to that temperature. Besides, you aren't going to be arrested or anything for wearing a sweatshirt....everyone is comfortable at a different temperature. And the person who said that you must be sick or have a genetic problem is clearly misinformed and does not have the slightest idea what he is talking about.

Depends on the person. For me it's warm and is perfect weather for a short sleeve shirt.

It depends on you, yourself, and whether or not it will be humid or cool and rainy. If it's a nice 76, then I would not think of wearing a sweatshirt. I'd deffinately be wearing a t-shirt.

I think that it is way to hot to be wearing a sweat shirt but other people think that it is to cold to not wear a sweat shirt.

Yeah, it's still warm at 76 unless you're sick or have a genetic deficiency.

Yeah. I wouldn't wear it. But if you need it that night if it gets chilly, bring it.
