About 1/2 inch per year - I'm 30 and my penis is 15". I figure when I am 70 years old I should be a complete prick.

At the same time as the rest of me. It stopped growing around the age of 15/16 and is just under or dead on 7" depending on the situation which is average. Luckilly it is thick too so I get to touch all the parts

It really starts when you hit puberty and takes about 6 years give or take, some people mature faster then others.

They start to grow whilst the baby is in the mother's womb and continue to grow until puberty. lol Obviously faster at puberty but its highly individual!
