Well, one would need to know which town or city you live in. Also, the state and local employment laws would determine whether 14 year olds are allowed to work and in what type of employment they can work.
Generally, if allowed to work, 14 year olds are limited by the number of hours they can work (especially during the school year) and the type of work they can perform (no heavy labor type of work). Also, a 14 year old may need a work permit, basically a form that indicates your parent is allowing you to work after-school/weekends.
Instead of limiting your options to Chic-fil-a, try to expand your possibilities. First, find out the rules for when someone can work in your community. Also, if instead of limiting yourself to chick-fil-a, try other types of jobs, you have to be an entrepreneur! See if there are babysitting opportunities, or you could tutor other children, or perhaps help other people with running errands, or even help an older person around their home. While you may not be able to yet work in a store, there are ways you can be original and make some money.
