Ya you have to go to your profile settings (my account up at the top by the sign-out button) and change your pic to the one from your 360 account, of course you have to make a 360 account first.

u need a yahoo!360. use the pic of u for your yahoo!360 and then go to the "my account" option on top of your screen and change it to use your yahoo!360 picture. the source i have provided will take you directly where u need to go to make your yahoo!360. u will need to type in your username and password, then you can begin.
