There's no "perfect rhyme" for lithium, unless you count the word itself and the compound "dilithiuim".
So, first, consider whether you NEED a rhyme, or is there some way you can avoid putting this word in a position where it calls for a rhyme?
If you still have to use it this way, look for the best usable "NEAR rhyme" you can find... starting with words in which all the vowels from the accented syllable on match or very nearly match ("assonance").
Note the importance of the ACCENTED syllable here. Because of this, many of the words Julie B lists will probably not work very well, because the vowel of the accented syllable is not even close to matching that of lithium
What I suggest is, begin with words in which the vowels ALL match, the final consonant matches (m) or very nearly matches (most likely n or ng), and any consonant in the middle position (corresponding to the "th" of lithium) is as close to the "th" as possible. For the last of these, the most likely close sounds are: t, d, f, s.
My suggestions, roughly from closest to most distant that might work:
1) beginning with a /t/ or /d/ in the middle and final n/m.
hospitium, tritium
idiom, aecidium, antheridium, ascidium, basidium, clostridium, coccidium, conidium, ctenidium, cymbidium, glochidium, gonidium, hesperidium, iridium, miracidium, nephridium, oidium, ommatidium, oncidium, osmiridium, peridium, presidium, pycnidium, pygidium, pyxidium, rubidium
Gideon, aphidian, ascidian, conidian, enchiridion, euclidian, meridian, obsidian, ophidian, proboscidian, quotidian, viridian
2) Same thing, with other middle consonants:
actinium, aluminium, americium, cilium, einsteinium, hospitium, ilium, illinium, lixivium, milium, minium, pollinium, principium, protactinium, reptilium, silicium, stibium, triclinium, tritium, trivium, vestigium, praseodymium, didymium, neodymium
Simeon, caecilian, civilian, exilian, hominian, prosimian, reptilian, simian, vespertilian
3) Same as #1 or 2, but inserting an extra consonant between i-u:
minimum, triticum
4) In place of the accented short i sound, try a closely related vowel, that is short e or long e ("ee" sound). [For complex historical reasons -- a major vowel shift about 500 years ago, the short i in English is actually the 'short version' of our "long e" sound, NOT the current "long i".]
a) long e - medium, tedium, Promethean, promethium, helium, premium, gelsemium, coremium, cerium, criterion, ruthenium, selenium, uredium
b) short e - millennium, bdellium, biennium, compendium, lawrencium
5) Finally, remember that the rhyme doesn't have to be just one word. So try combinations: "pithy one, "witty pun" "pretty dumb", "city scum", etc.

look at the song lithuim by nirvana
I'm so happy 'cause today
I've found my friends ...
They're in my head
I'm so ugly, but that's okay, 'cause so are you ...
We've broken our mirrors (Alt: We broke our mirrors)
Sunday morning is everyday for all I care ...
And I'm not scared
Light my candles, in a daze
'Cause I've found god
Hey, hey hey [x6]
I'm so lonely, but that's okay, I shaved my head ...
And I'm not sad
And just maybe I'm to blame for all I've heard ...
But I'm not sure
I'm so excited, I can't wait to meet you there ...
But I don't care
I'm so horny, but that's okay ...
My will is good
Hey, hey hey [x6]
[x2]
I like it - I'm not gonna crack
I miss you - I'm not gonna crack
I love you - I'm not gonna crack
I killed you - I'm not gonna crack
