what would be good temp. to test them beverages in an experiment?

The experiment involves testing the ph levels.
I need two differnt temperatures.

The obvious choices would be room temperature and refrigerator temperature, because they are temperatures that you can very easily achieve. Room temperature is normally about 72 F, but you can just use whatever temperature your thermostat is set to. Refrigerators are usually at about 40 F, but you should check your own refrigerator's specs to verify this.
