Buy a shoe stretcher, kleeneze and bettaware will have them. You could soak some news paper in soapy water and leave it in the heel of your shoes overnight. Or buy some extra comfy expensive plasters to protect your heels. BTW I only EVER wear synthetics but I get this with patent - a lot!!!

Really Bad Way Is To Get Someone Else To Wear Them For You, Make Sure They Only Wear Them Inside You Still Want Them To Look Good
Failing That Wear Them With A Pair Of Think Socks For A Few Days.

What you can do is just hold them in your hand and bend them back and forth a couple of times, that usually softens up leather shoes. Another thing I do with leather shoes or boots is I wear like 2 pairs of thick socks around the house with the shoes on and is strecthes them a little bit. Other then that, sometimes the only thing to do is wear for short periods of time, and shortly they will become very comfortable.

Can I suggest the following

1. Pack them with paper to stretch them, put the paper in plastic bags or you will stain the inside of your shoes and you will end up with Page 3 print all over your feet

2. Get a friend to wear them for you - around the house - even better if they have bigger feet so they can stretch them

3. Change them for a larger size

4. Use a shoe horn stretcher, you can actually buy this. honest...

5. Wait till you get older, your body shrinks the older you get

i used to work in a shoe shop that did this stretching you have to boil kettle on the inside heel of the shoe for about 3 mins get the stick of a wooden sweeping brush and keep shaping the inside heel the leather is soft from the heat and the brush shapes it round and makes the heel part supple

Sorry, but the bad news is these shoes don't fit you. If they did, the leather wouldn't cut at your ankles. Only thing I can suggest at this point is take them to a good shoemaker or shoe repair shop and see if they can alter or adapt them to fit your foot.
If the only place they are irritating you is your ankle, you might be able to put lifts in the heels (like insoles, only just for the heels) and that might raise your ankle a little bit higher and prevent the irritation. But that's really only a temporary solution. A shoemaker is really your best bet.

properly, each and every time i have superglued something mutually, this is close to no longer conceivable to tug them aside back. i does no longer try acetone because it will be demanding to positioned it in between the shoes and the ceiling. you're probable going to ought to the contact up the paint, yet what i might want to attempt is take a metallic scraper and verify out to scrape the realm in between the shoes and the ceiling.

This is not a total solution but it might help. When you're watching telly, or anytime you're just sitting around, wear them. The warmth and body moisture helps the shoe to shape to your foot and become more flexible, without the agony of having to walk in them.

try rubbing arround the area (inside) with a cake of soap, we always did this years ago and it really works.
you can also use methelated spirits to soften the leather on the inside and wear them while they are still wet, they will then mould to your shape

Put bandages over the areas where they rub you. Break them in progressively. This gives a chance for the shoes to mould to you and for your foot to grow accustomed to being rubbed in those particular places.
