The chicken..God created the land animals on the sixth day and gave them the ability to reproduce after their own kind. SThe first chickens was created whole by The Lord (as with the other creatures) and laid the first egg.

my guess is the chicken after all i can't see an egg suddenly been developed, a chicken seems more likely (having evolved from a single cell). They may have been created with the means to reproduce.

it's simple-the egg.an egg can appear from anywhere,but the chicken cannot.it can only come from an egg.
