i have a mk1 golf that was in excellent condition until a few months ago when someone pinched the drivers side wing mirror i have tried to locate on locally and had no luck i have tried to get one from ebay but they are only sutible for the car and not the same as the originals a i would like to keep it as origanal as possible i do not want to spoil it with cheapies that dont look the same if anyone has one or knows wher i can get one it would be much appreiciated

there is several Mk one golf`s in our local breakers yard in teesside and also there is a vw restorer`s , i will see if they have email addresses then send them to you direct !

try a company called german and swedish car parts
they specialise in vw and bmw
you can also get a free catalogue
i used it all the time for my old golf

Try your local breakers yard they do things real cheap.
I ain't too good with cars, but you could try German, Swedish and French if a VW is either of them!!! i think its www.gsf.com
