i think it was a kids porgram or maybe a family one. maybe it was to do with animals, it wasn't a cartoon- i dont think. the end credits had a song i think was called perfect day (not lou reed version) sang by a woman and had a line like: its just another perfect day. i seem to rememebr water flowing at the end credits. oh god its all so confusing!
reason being i want to know what the song was called as i like it :)

oh and it wasn't american! it was on the bbc, it kind of gave me a warm feeling like 'the darling buds of may' and that type of show. oh i'm losing this uphill struggle! lol
