No. You have to choose which theme you want to do more. Dragons or Machines? Machines have the better chance of winning. Go to http://www.metagame.com and look at the top 8 decks of the last SJC. I'm betting most of them were Chimeratech Overdragon decks.

sample Machine deck...
monsters
Zaborg The Thunder Monarch x2
Mobius The Frost Monarch x1
Jinzo
Cyber Dragon x3
Cyber Stein x1
Cyber Phoenix x3
Dekoichi The Battlechanted Locomotive x3

Hmmm....
Monsters - Replace Horus LV8 with one Cyber Dragon (now you have 3, instead of 2). Replace Horus LV6 with Spirit Reaper. The two Luster Dragons and mechanicalchaser have to go, normal Monsters wont help you much. Replace them with Skelengel, Penguin Soldier, and Heavy Mech Support Platform (good for your Cyber Dragons since they are Machine-Types NOT Dragon-Types). Replace Horus LV4 with D.D. Warrior Lady. Replace the three Masked Dragons with 2 Kuriboh and 1 Mystic Tomato. Replace X-Head, V-Tiger and Twin Headed Behemoth for 3 Proto Cyber Dragons. Replace Element Dragon with Mobius the Frost Monarch.
Spells - Replace Mage Power with United we Stand (Monster cards last longer on the field than Spell and Trap Cards). Leave only one Lightning Vortex card and replace the two Magical Mallet and the other Lightning Vortex with three Polymerization.
Traps - Replace the two Compulsory Evacuation Device cards with eiter combo of Trap Hole and Bottomless Trap Hole (your choice).
Side Deck - Replace Clock Tower Prison with Lightning Vortex.
Because Cyber Dragon is in your deck, your Deck should focus on the Cyber Dragons instead of Dragons. Cyber Dragon is a Machine-Type NOT a Dragon-Type (Check the card text under the card's picture). Good Luck!

WOW u got 2 much going on in there, 1st choose, dragon or machine, they can each b perfectly fine and reaper on the nightmare is good but has nothing 2 do in them, spirit reaper is ok, when I look at cyber dragon i say: what a perfect match lol but still, choose one, good luck

easily, no. Blackwings and Lightsworn are all over the precise suffering to beat the latest contendor, Synchro Cat. Six Sam merely are not even close to to rapid and efficient adequate to take down diverse synchros without taking too lots loss.

not bad....
but too many tributes, and I suggest replace chaser with berzerk gorilla. It's best not to stick to a set type of monsters
ad magic cylinder , ceasefire, and some burns into your main deck
fusions are troublesome, dont use them
your xyz combos are too hard to pull off with only one set of them

i have never played that game, but i used to play magic the gathering, and I can tell you that its only about ten percent the deck, and ninety percent how you play it. i remember getting owned by a guy who let me use his prolevel deck and he used mine, and he beat me like i owed him money.

that being siad, if you have two pros playing each other, the deck can make a difference.
