No .. i think life is a test from itself, not from god.if there is no clear meaning in life,it is up to us to uncover the muddiness and discover, and maybe invent the real meaning, something hidden, and not so obvious at first sight, of life.
what we do with our life has a lot to do with our sense of responsibility for ourselves, our family and friends, our social circles and the world we live in ,our concept about who we are ,what we love doing etc... therefore i do not think god
'is seeing what we Will do with we our life'. about god is seeing, it has a lot to do with faith and how we interpret what god is seeing in our action. we test ourselves, our paths test ourselves, people test us etc there is definitely something we will do with our own life, even it isn't a test from god, even there is no direct answer.

While I don't believe in God, I do find this question offensive in some ways.
Isn't this degrading the value of life? There are people suffering in poverty, unable to control any variable of their life, and are we just going to ignore them because it's all a test from God?
I know that this isn't EXACTLY what is being asked, but I feel that it's not too far off. Believing such a thing about life does nothing but make it less significant to a person, which hurts humanity as a whole.
Life should be looked at as it really is: LIFE. A one-time chance. Something that should be used to its fullest for yourself, not for some deity that can't even be proved to exist.

No, I don't think life is a test from God. We are all connected, we are all family, and that family is God. You came here by your own choice. That choice, regardless of outcome, is honored by all.
There is nobody in "heaven" keeping a list of all your mistakes or accomplishments, waiting to punish or reward you. Your consequences are the only result of your choices.
Fortunately, the one person who cares about you more than any one else, (your higher self) is directing everything in your life based on what you need to learn and experience. Your ego is most the time at odds with what your spirit is trying to do. Many people mistake this incredible relationship, thinking that they are at odds with God or that God is testing them.
Listen, watch and be aware for the direction and opportunities that your higher self will orchestrate in the universe. Those opportunities may be what you consider problems or challenges, or they may be things your regard more positively. Regardless, take those opportunities as the gifts they are. After all, they're from you.

I believe that God puts each one of us here for a purpose to see if we deserve to be by his side in heaven so yes I think that life is a test from God. I think that the life that we live everyday is a test of strengh and faith. When the world comes to an end I feel that God will know who deserves to be in heaven. That is just my opinion.

First of all...i would like to say that GOD DOES EXIST! Can ya'll seriousli wake up in the morning, look outside and not see that it was created by something great and almighty and beautiful!?! That is proof enough that He does exist...sure we are gonna get doubts but that is what tests us in our life! Okay...sorry, back to your question...i honestly do think that life is a test from God...it is filled with trials and tribulations we have to overcome and we have to feel the conviction of the holy spirit and accept Jesus Christ as our personal savior...so if you look at the big picture...it does seem that it is alltogether a test from God! and yes, life is a gift from God too, but we are still tested to see how we handle things and to see if we truly deserve to join Him in heaven! I hope this helped! :]]

i personally think that life is all that is in front of us, no after life no god, nothing. because if there is after life, then that has to end as well, if it continued for eternity, it would be very boring in there, even if you could have everything that you could possibly want. the reason we humans and all living things are so beautiful is because we are doomed, we can only try to ensure our future survival and expand our power and knowledge throughout the universe, perhaps by the time we reach there, something about us will change, from there our dreams will also change.

Life is definetly a test. Think about it... everyday you wake up its another chance. You can right a wrong, help someone out, discover something new about yourself, I mean its endless. The average life span is about 80 years thats 29,200 days to do something. Thats a long time. If you cant figure out the meaning of life by then or find out who you really are, you wasted 29200 days. I believe the test is if you can fight your demons to do right and to overcome opposition. You find yourself when you go through hard times. when you find yourself you find the meaning. BUT DON'T QUOTE ME ON THAT!

The Bible states that the purpose of life is to give glory to God. No, life is not a test from God, but it does contain many tests and it gives Him glory when we call on HIm to help us overcome those tests.

Yes life is all a test. You're the one being tested. God already knows what will happen in your life he knows the mistakes you will make and the outcome.

I believe there is a meaning to life .. and that is to experience life .. to learn from it. What I learn in my life, is thus learned by the Universal Mind. It does not mean that there are "tests" that we go through ... however, those tests are generally more learnings taking place.
