I need help finding a private lender or loan shark. Please only answers that have legitimate answer for me as I am trully needing some direction here.

this is what I did and it helped me thus far.
you get a list of selected lenders, updated every so often.
Only the ones with good history make the list so it saves you the hassle of looking/asking around

I feel for you because I have been in situations where I wished I knew where to find a loan shark. The only thing I have found that is legitimate is prosper.com, depending on how much you need. They even give loans to people with bad credit as long as they seem trustworthy. I'm not exactly sure how it works yet, but I think people place bids on how much they are willing to loan you and at what interest rate. Then when the collective bids equal the total amount you want to borrow, you get your loan.
I sincerely wish you luck and if I had the money you need, I would loan it to you, no questions asked. I think there needs to be more people in the world who help others without putting them through the ringer only to tell them No.

First you really need to avoid the loan sharks as they have been known to kill people over the smallest amounts of money. Private lenders? Look at angel investors they usually give private loans.
