'Antisocial' means that you act out in ways that are harmful to society without caring about the consequences. Criminals are antisocial....compulsive liars and antisocial....
'Asocial' is the word for people like you and me that just don't care for socializing with others all that much.

Somewhat. I socialize at work and other places where I have to go, but I avoid weddings, parties, etc. because I prefer to relax at home. I don't know about "antisocial", but I'm definitely a loner.

In a manner of speaking, yes. I don't like when people look at me, because I keep thinking that all they see are the same flaws I see...conversation-wise I'm pretty social. I'm just self-conscious.

not even close..i'll pretty much talk to anyone..well..ish..i just got back from a trip to the other side of canada and realized more than ever that i'm about as far from shy as it gets..i'm just really interested in getting to know people and find out about their worlds..
