I like footless tights and I wear them with some amazing vintage dresses and skirts and long tops.
The only problem with them is that if you don't have fantastically shaped legs, they look slightly.. erm.. odd.

I usually wear thigh highs and regular tights. But im thinking of getting footless tights. And i just bought some cool 80's flats from ebay.com And i bought a striped blouse and a wide black belt. So yeah,retro style is great with them. Or tunics.

I prefer crotchless tights. I wear them with the door locked so my wife doesn't catch me.

They are the newest trend with a jean skirt over. I am ten and even I wear them!

I LOVE leggings. I usually wear them with a denim miniskirt or a longish tunic.

Skirts....And no I don't like them...Also a big shirt you can wear them with too.
