people built a little shrine for the dead, specifically for the loved departed ones. The shrine contains a picture of that person, mole, bread, sugar skulls, candles, tamales, various fruits, ponch, chocolate milk, and other particular flowers and handicrafts. The dead are supposed to show up at night to "enjoy" themselves once again by eating the food served for them.

its celebrated in mexico and is celebrated by honoring the dead by placing stuff on top of there tombs it is also beleived to be the day when the dead can communicate to the living
