Hello. I had corrective eye surgery (prk- left eye, lasik right eye)and in about 20 days i will start using make up again. which brand is better, for mascara? my eyes are quite sensitive and i want to minimize the irritation that the product will cause. is e.g body shop, or maybelline ok? or shold i buy something more expensive?

Since we are none alike,, you need to ask your doctor, or read the package,,,,,,,,,,, the cost doesn't always make better...........

Clinique and Almay make some hypoallergenic products. And Maybelline's mascara has never bothered my eyes and they are quite senstive so long as I replace it often (every couple months).

Neutrogena Clean Lash Tint for sure
approved by the FDA
good for people with contacts
I know that stuff is good for sensitive eyes

You don't have to spend a lot to get a good mascara. Make sure it is Hypoallergenic. Almay has really good hypoallergenic mascaras.

well look for brands that are known for being good for sensitive people. clininque is good i believe, but you should alwasy double check witht the clerks in the store and evn your doctor too if you're not sure.

i personally would do maybelline but ask your doctor just in case
