Shame, I think most people here have locked onto the "CAT" part of your question!!! If you want to spray your CAR with something go to a car showroom - they can make it up safely & remove it again afterwards. (You don't wanna be going to work next day with a "Halloween car" do you???).

I sprayed my dog once for a competition ( punk in a black plastic bag) with proper hairdressing colour. You need to ask your hairdresser to sell you a tin, which will be non toxic and do no harm except you'll have some fun.

hobby craft shops sell it so do motor shops but i dont think your cat would like it try it on your self and see for your self plus the rspca wouldent like it

go to a army surplus or camping shop buy a cilium cut it open pour on cat ??? you can get them in blue, red, green

I dont thinbk that your cat will like thAT BECAUSE I TRYESD PUTING HAIRSPRAY ON MY CAT AND SHE KEPT ON WALKING BACKWARDS THE WHOLE TIME SO DONT DO THAT.
