I have the "Goth Ann" costume for halloween but i have no idea how to do my makeup. Anyone have any ideas???

Go as pale as you can. Add lts of liner to the eye or a dark shade of eyeshadow and smudge it. Since it is goth Anne , try to do a bow lip in a dark shade though, dark purple or dark red. Your choice.

well work with a pale face first of all (not white) and use heavy dark eyeliner (don't worry about looking over the top, its halloween and its about looking crazy) dark lipstick maybe like a blood red will look good. don't forget freckles too, since its like goth ann (and i'm presuming like the rag doll)

use lots of eyeliner (liquid is better) and do big sweeps under and above the eye and meet a little from the corner. then wear bright purple eyeshadow on lids and silver or glitter above the lids. make your self as pale as possible and then add red lipstick. it will work a charm i think. if not try different variations to suit your skin co lour

go with a pale face...NOT white...thats too cliche. black rimmed eyes, little bit of sparkles, etc. I don't know what the costume looks like, but that would work for goth stuff. darker lips (not black)

tons of black eyeliner under your eyes, bright red lipstick, ummm..... and pale powder to make u look like ur super goth lol

Put a lot of of white powder and use like black lipstick with black eyeliner.
